first of all, you should probably tell someone like your best friend or your parents or anyone in general maybe they can help! and second of all you shouldn’t do this to yourself! there’s always a solution and cutting yourself isn’t one! if you haven’t already i suggest you should watch the Demi Lovato Stay Strong Documentary! especially since demi went through something similar to you!
